Hello Doctors,


My name is Christian KOBINA ESHUN from KOBINA DIGITAL LLC.(a Marketing Agency). I am very excited to bring to you this high impact little training I guess you can say. I am going to differ from what you’ve seen in the past.


Usually a Marketing agency will present a sales letter on why you should work with them and promise you the world. I am no going to do that. I have been doing this for some time now.


If you are here, it is obvious you saw my FACEBOOK AD that resonated with you increasing your Ideal patients but what is deeper than that is how we are going to work together.


You are making a decision for your practice to generate more patients and you are looking for a marketing agency to do so and you are looking for the right one and there are a couple of things that must make sense to make that relationship to begin.


So I am going to try to present three(3) questions that have been brought up constantly when I talk to doctors and that is going to help you to make a better decision for you and your practice because if it is not a good fit on both sides it is not going to work.


Just like you, I don’t do business with people whom I think are not a good fit for my business and I would expect the same as well.


One thing I have learned about Orthodontists is that they are very straight forward, it’s either Day or Night, don’t promise the world, tell it as it is and that’s how I am.

Christian, I worked with Marketing Agencies in the past, I did Facebook ADs, I discounted my services, but I got a lot of no shows, I have heard it all. How are you different?



ANSWER: Doc, we are different from the other agencies you used in the past because we know that Facebook Marketing is interruption based Marketing and it is usually for friends and families checking on each other and getting updates.


The biggest difference with new Marketing agencies is that they think Facebook is the way to get people’s attention. Yes it is but not for Orthodontics services.


If you need Invisalign Clear, braces or any type of Orthodontics care, you are not going to be reminded on Facebook that you are going to see your Doctor, no that’s not how it works.


I am not saying you are not going to get patients but you will not get the quality of patients you are looking for because it is not the best place to get quality patients therefore there will be higher % of NO SHOWS. Patients that cannot afford your services and patients that are not coming for long term treatment plan.


All of those are the type of patients you are looking for.

The second part of this is the power of GOOGLE ADs.

Google ADs is an intent and search base marketing.

Let’s say you have a tree in your yard that you need to cut down, it’s a need, it’s going to fall on your house if you don't cut it.

Are you going to go to Google and search for a tree removal company near me or a cheap tree removal company near me or you will go to FACEBOOK to search.


So we go to Google to target patients seeking specific service(s) or treatment for a problem they have.

Once they do that, if they don’t convert into our 3 step process which is a funnel, they fill an assessment form which contains all the information you need to close the deal and convert them to a long term plan.


Then we have a personal appointment setter(real person US base) that will call and qualify the patient to make sure they are serious.


We believe that two(2) is the process that will get the highest Quality patients to the door, that are serious in getting care, that you can work with.


So that’s the first step.

After they don’t convert then we use Facebook to retarget them.

A lot of new Marketing Agencies think Facebook is the way to go but they just don’t use it the right way. It works best if you use it to retarget patients on Google.

I will be fully transparent with you on this, you worked with Marketing Agencies before, nothing change there, you pay the AD spend(you pay the Advertising money that goes into google ADs)
